In this online workshop, you will get yourself ready for the new year 2024.
Through guided meditation, you will go inward, to explore what emotions still need to be allowed and released, what lessons you learned in the past year, what you are grateful for, and what you want to do differently in the new year.
Then we will consciously set the intentions for the new year 2024. Discover the attributes and goals you wish to carry forward into this year and what it will take for them to flourish.
Through conscious connected breathing, you will let go of burdens and emotions, that make you feel heavy, to help you enter the new year with a clear vision and an open heart.
You will deepen in the process of letting go and add more energy and excitement for your new start.

Please prepare yourself a comfortable and quiet place to lie down, make sure no one will come to the room and you can have time for yourself for at least 1 hour.
Prepare headphones, a blanket, a water bottle, and a notebook.
I like to light a white candle to keep the place clean from energy.
No previous experiences are needed, I will explain everything on the call.
